Apple Turkey Breakfast Sausage is made of only 5 ingredients and cooks up in less than 10 minutes. These sausage patties are Whole30, AIP and Paleo approved, are great for meal prep and freeze very well so you've always got some on hand!
IN A MEDIUM BOWL, combine all ingredients. Form into 12 equal patties, about 3-4 inches wide.
ONCE THE OIL IS HOT, make sure the bottom of the pan is evenly coated with oil. Add the patties to the oil; cook 3 minutes per side, or until the center reads 165˚F with an instant read thermometer.
SERVE right away with eggs and avocado or store in the fridge for up to 5 days, or freeze in a freezer bag for up to 2 months.
