4ouncespepper jack or mexican blend shredded cheese
½teaspoonsalt
¼teaspoonfresh ground pepper
Instructions
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add bacon and cook until lightly browned, about 3 minutes. Add the corn and jalapeño and sauté an additional 3 minutes and set aside.
In a large bowl combine cream cheese, cheese, ½ teaspoon of salt, and ½ teaspoon pepper. Add the corn mixture to the bowl and stir to combine.
