Ingredients

  • 1 granny smith apple cored and chopped
  • ½ cup frozen or fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 scoops collagen peptides unflavored
  • ¾ cup nut milk
  • 1-2 cups of ice less if using frozen berries

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth
